• • UNHCR New extension offices building- Sana’a: Design and issue all construction drawing (architect, Civil, Electrical power networks, IT networks) Issued the SOW, BOQ. Lead and coordinate the project processes and stages with UNHCR team for Estimation, Tendering, Contracting, Engineering, procurement and construction to Final Documentation. Direct and manage project execution, controlling, monitoring planning; schedule and time estimation for project activities, Bills of quantities and progress. Project budgets and projected cash flow requirement.
  • Total Block 10 Yemen; (Under Griffin Energy) Engineering and Construction pipeline, piping, and E/I Project for more than 5 years on the Kharir site, Block 10, Project includes: Civil Engineering and Construction Framework Project, TOTAL main offices and Camp, Road maintenance, new drilling platform and well connections to production facilities, piping, pipeline, and E/I. Responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of site construction activities under SIMOPS PTW system, managing of all interfaces associated with projects, engineering, document control, monitoring site safety, logistics, subcontracting, Construction various project: Water injection, Firefighting project, Oil & water Well connection, Process vessel installation, etc….
  • Supervision of Fabrication and Installation of oil & gas Producer, & Water Injection Well, flow-line installation (pipeline), shut down preparation for CPU, GTU Unit, work on SIMOPS (preparation of Job cards), Expansion and Modification of plant. (CPU, CCU, BPU, SCPF).
  •  Responsible for the projects Purchase Orders, follow-up of the orders from date of request to date of delivery, interfacing with the Purchasing Department.

  • OMV: (Under Griffin Energy) OMV Central Processing Facility Project at Al Uqlah, Shabwa Governorate, Yemen Camp Project, Yemen , CPF project. Civil Construction and installation works on site. the contract value is more than 20 million. Build the project team and ensures that the necessary knowledge, skills and expertise are available within the team. Lead and coordinate all project processes and stages from Estimation, Tendering, Contracting, Engineering, procurement and construction to Final Documentation. Direct and manage project execution, controlling, monitoring planning; schedule and time estimation for project activities, Bills of quantities and progress.

• • APR Energy, Libya: (Under Griffin Energy) APR Energy was the main contractor and Griffin Energy was a partner that takes care of all civil construction works for power plants, Camp, mobilization, procurements. The project duration carried out more than 5 months at Tripoli , and at Sabha (at Brak – south of Libya) Build the project team and ensures that the necessary knowledge, skills and expertise are available within the team. (Yemenis, Libyan, Tunisian, Egyptians, Filipinos, Indians and Africans). Lead and coordinate all project processes and stages from Estimation, Tendering, Contracting, Engineering, procurement and construction to Final Documentation. Direct and manage project execution, controlling, monitoring planning; schedule and time estimation for project activities, Bills of quantities and progress.
  • Alshatta resorts and hotels: The location of this project is at Alhodidah city. The project established at 2014 on area 250,000 sq. meter and consist of 150 resorts, big luxury hotel, Hypermarket, Water park, including infrastructure was designed by one our team. And this project is considered as one of the biggest invested tourist project in Yemen which worth more than 2 billion Yemeni Rials.
  • Alsohool Trading Towers: One of the tallest buildings in Sana’a, location Sana’a and consist of 3 towers 12 stories, the first 2 stories are mall with underground park. This project has about 90 apartments. The HSE and fire system was considered and designed.
  • Almaghrabah Road, Hajjah, this 2 km Asphalt mountain road was constructed by Griffin company and one of ONYX team was the project manager who was responsible of supervision, BOQ, invoices, subcontractor contracts, quantities.
  • Saba Mall: The total area of this project is about 2000 sq. meter. ONYX design this mall to meet the modern life and to give the customers best satisfying and comfort during shopping, also to give the investor best earn value and meet their exceptions. The location is, Sana’a. It consists of 4 floors and has 60 stores. This project worth about 3 billion YR.
